I bought my brother's ticket online from Icelandair. Icelandair flies to certain cities in USA. If you purchase your ticket online from their web side you have to buy to different tickets. There was 1, 5 hr delay from Keflavik, Iceland to New York and my brother missed his airplane because of this delay. He had to buy another ticket and Icelandair refused to pay back to him. This company disguises themselves as a "credit card". I received my card only to find out it wasn't a credit card at all. The card can only be used on their website. Once I went to the website and entered my card number and zip code it would not let me enter the site. I spoke with Representative Ms. Perez on two occasions regarding a debt they were attempting to collect for ATT for a past due cell phone bill. I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase. After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. Bought some disks from Memorex for a good deal. I loaded them on my computer and my roomate Natasha Rye said the cd rom player became broken after using the Memorex disk. Somehow the disks were not reading correctly. We contact Memorex and told them what had happened. They agreed to a refund or another pair but they were not willing to repair the cd player.
