Been with GM for 15+years. We needed to extend our lease. Called GMAC to see what was entailed. Seemed simple. They would send us lease extension paperwork in the mail, sign and return with a check. I am formally filing this complaint with you about my bank, National City located at 1385 North Green Mount Road, OFallon, IL. 62269. I've been a member of Gold's Gym in Bloomington, IL for 3 years. Recently they sent me a letter telling me that they are going to charge my credit card for a new "annual new equipment fee." Turns out they were supposedly shipped (after being on back order for 30 days) to an address that should not have even been in the system for over 4 years! Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend’s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren’t cut straight and the paper wasn’t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. I finally received the product in June, and was not satisfied with the color. I returned the merchandise to the company. They received it on July 3. CBS overbooks thir audience tickets to the degree that a guard at the gate explained if you want to be sure to get a seat, you have to camp overnight (on the sidewalk?) to be in line early enough. I arrived at 7:10 AM, after traveling 1 1/2 hours to get there, 1:20 earlier than stated line up time of 8:30AM. The ticket was not honored due to overbooking. Yes there is a certain amount of personal responsibility, but if they can't act like other people who do the same business, they shouldn't do it. I got a confirmation email from then, then nothing. When I called them after 24 hours, like they said to do, they told me that they had no record of the reservation and that the flight was 66% more money. I have Purchased a Motorola V3i 10 Months ago and I could see a small crack on my LCD when observed keenly. I reported it to a Service Center and they say that is not an Issue and now My screen suddenly is oozing some liquids out and it is not giving any display. Moreover the my mobile is in warranty and the warranty is not covering the damaged parts.
