Open road bought out my mercury dealership, they became open road mercury mazda. This past feb. I called for a warranty item. It was only after the work was completed was i informed that they cut their ties to ford/mercury. I had to pay the bill in full and try to get my warranty item money back from mercury. I purchased the mattress online after talking to the person through phone.She promised the mattress will be delivered with in a week. twice a month, I have received charges on my credit card statement. two charges of 16.95 each month from June to November. That's over $300 for products I never received or signed up for. The caller ID only showed a 9 digit number. I hung up as soon as I realized the call was a recording offering a carpet cleaning service so I do not know the name of the company. We have and email address for this Marilyn Ritchie in our files. I received a check in the mail for 962.35 for a grant and to me it seemed legitmate. I did as asked and sent 400.00 via a greendot money pak and this check bounced my account and now I am worse off.. Marilyn Ritchie is the one who sent this check so please beware. On 8/11/08 I ordered a Norton/Symantec Antivirus system for my computer. Today (8/13) I find a charge of 36.47 by SKJA corp., and a pending charge of 57.84 by www.myord.com in the pending category, both in my account at Washington Mutual. I see by the complaints that many people have been double billed in this same fashion, but I do not see resolutions to their complaints. They called me at work repeatedly. Finally I made arrangement to have a settle paid in 3 payments. They insisted on an automatic debit from my checking. Then they said my account was closed and the deal was off. I am out $429 and have no idea what the status is of my account. They claim Dell Financial (another nightmare) took it back.
