I cancelled in June and did not recieve any futher credit card debits until December when an 85.31 charge showed up on my credit card. I got through to customer service who asked that I send a copy of my credit card statement to a fax number that did not work. I ordered these lifts and I did receive them. the company is located in Canada, so the shipping of the product was relatively expensive ($14). The site stated that the product could be returned for a full refund. I found these lifts extremely uncomfortable and shipped them back.
