Bought an over the sink shelf and it came BROKEN, I did not ask them to replace it and they sent it anyways. Fed ex left it outside and I was not able to refuse delivery. Second item was a queen size feather comforter pad. They sent me a twin although I specifically put in the number that was indicated in the magazine for a queen. They would not pay to ship it back. Then I got a monroe comforter that was about the size of a full. No way would it fit my bed. I had to pay a total of a 100$ for nothing to clear this bill even though I complained. I purchased a flowers from ProFlowers. I recently noticed that EasySaver is charging 14.95 on my card for several months. I contacted ProFlower and they I had accepted a $15 coupon, which I never used (I don't know if I ever recieved it.) But the point is that ProFlower is sharing my credit card info with other company without my very specific instructions. somehow clicking on the coupon landed me $200 charges on the account. I received a letter from Southwest Credit saying I owe the Tollway Authority $187. I never got a bill in the mail from North Texas Tollway. When I called NTTA, the woman on the phone said they sent out 2 letter to inform me, however I never got any letter. They added on all these fees then sent the letter straight to collections. She also threatened me, saying if I didnt pay this outstanding balance there would be an arrest warrant put out for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY: My original alarm company sold to this company, the claimed I signed a contract with them and that I must continue the service even after the alarm system is inoperable. Do not have your payments taken out automatically from your account because it is hard to track down where to stop the payments. I never received a contract and is still waiting for them to send one. I own around 10 laptops for my business of various makes and have used various makes of laptops over the years such as Hp, fujitsu, Asus, compaq, dell and going back to the IBM thinkpads many years ago and i have not had many problems with any of them. Each time my server goes down due to fault of Valueweb it takes them at least 5-7 days to get it back up with absolutely no help from the tech department. Each time they switch my server, for there own reasons, they install their own ssl certificate on my site instead of my cert. I STILL got the charge on my bank account and they also charged a $4.50 international charge. I called but the only thing they did was give an email address that I can request a refund from. The phone calls start at 8am on the dot and go until 9pm Monday thru Sunday and there have been as many as 13 a day and as many as 5 in one hour. Trans am trucking lie to their drivers to get their truck payments and the govt money. They have an agreement with the govt to employ x amount of drivers every month.
