So 2 years ago I'm in Firestone to get a wheel alignment, in a moment of weakness the Store Manager convinces me to get the 'lifetime' package. This means I should never have to pay for an alignment again & can get wheel alignment on demand (within reason I would think, once every 1-2 years...) I just found out that my "monthly" hosting deal with Fasthosts was actually an 18month contract!!! It was way down - really way down - in the small print (accessed by the terms and conditions link). Recently I purchased a white 32gb 3GS Iphone at this store and it was defective. They told me to call up Applecare to resolve the issue. I did and all Applecare could do is give me a refurbished phone. I do not think it's fair to purchase a new phone and use it for four hours and then end up receiving a refurbished phone. I hired Nationwide Movers to move my belongings from Boston to TX. Apparently Cross Country Van Lines (CCVL) was contracted to do the labor.
