This seller is horrible. I ordered a Wacom CINTIQ12WX Cintiq 12" Pen Display, which I received for $891.94 with ground shipping. When I received it, the packaging looked like it has been repackaged (torn tape on plastic bags, bags looked stretched open and then put back together). I am calling to complain about Lan airlines and their amazing lack of customer concern or service. I was scheduled to fly out of Lima, Peru on August 29, early morning about 6am. I have a Cricut Expressions Die Cutting Machine that is out of warranty. This machine retails for around $400.00. A plastic part that holds the cutting blade in place broke and, when I phoned Provo Craft to purchase a replacement part, I was told that they don't sell the parts because it would be too complicated to repair.
