The advertisement and "front site" is quite professionally done and gives you the illusion that you are buying something "great". WOW, once you purchase its a totally unprofessional (dress, attitude, quite unremarkable) product. He goes into detail on how to "build a wood box"...its just horrible. Its totally not worth the money, you don't find out anything "new" ANYBODY CAN SEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND FIND WAY MORE INFORMATION THAT THIS GUY OFFERS!! Carol May 4, 2009
Two young men (one said it was his 21st birthday) came to my door. They said they lived in the neighborhood and gave me an address and told me they had moved here from California two years ago. Their story was that they are on a baseball team, the Denver Bandits through the American Legion, and were raising money for lower-income players to go to a game in Maui. They were sponsoring books to be donated to St. Judes, and if they sponsored so many kids, they would get a $1, 000 grant. They said they wanted to do chores for me in return for my... read full review »

Driver Fetch
Lee9019 March 6, 2010
I ordered from clkbank.com 3 programs that I was assured would help with my computer problems. I ordered Driver Fetch for $39.90; Driver Fetch HighSpeed for $9.95 and File Helper for $19.95. None of these programs fixed my problem, in fact have made my computer slower. I am trying to contact these people before the 90 day period to get a full refund, but can not find a phone number or form on their website to return my purchase. I need help in contacting these people and getting my refund. Please help me find where to contact them. Thank you Patricia Lee [email protected] read full review »

City Assure
Chuck Hague October 5, 2009
I purchased a projector and extended maintenance agreement which City Assure managed. My projector broke down and I called, they sent a tag/box to mail the projector off to be reviewed. It was deemed unrepairable. City Assure then spent between 8 and 10 business days trying to determine a replacement projector. I called for status and was told they could not find a replacement projector and were offering my money back ($999). I was annoyed they didn't have an alternative, but accepted the offer, that was on Sept 8, 2009. Based on this, I... read full review »

Owned by the same person, lDevon Howard and Chris Howard. QWH, located in Washington UT, closed and allegedly was taken over by Goldbilt Homes, located in Billings MT.; however the address is nothing but a POBox. Was an internet business that offered manufactured homes at discount price, both sites are down, no one is answering the phones. You needed to put down a deposit of $5000.00, which they tell you is refundable, but when asked for it, they say they aren't in the business of refunding the money. i was taken for 2500.00 for a loan modification and lost my home. the company returned 1800.00 after one year and figuered they had helped me in someway to keep 700.00. i feel i should have recieved the full amount back, since nothing was ever done. My file went from one person to another and i always had to call Litton loan, myself to find out what was going on. I did my own faxing and duplicated the process of handling this modification. how unfair for this company to take my money and tell me they could help. i will continue to request the... read full review »

I purchased an online phone report from Intelius on 6/20/08 for a price of $4.96. When I received my receipt online, I was charged a total of $9.90. When I called Intelius customer service, I was told 3 times that the extra charge was an error of their online program. When I asked for my $4.94 back as it was Intelius's error, I was told that Intelius does not give refunds. I explained that if it was Intelius's error it would not be considered a refund. My G.E. over-the-range microwave stopped heating (still had power) Sept. 28th. We called Lowe's where we bought the microwave less than 4 months prior, and they instructed to contact A&E for service repairs under the manufacturer's warranty. A&E first came out on Oct. 6th and I was told by the tech that we needed a new magnatron for the microwave so he ordered that part. The next week a new tech came out and put the magnatron in and it still did not heat. This tech said we didn't even need a new magnatron but needed a... read full review »

On Jan. 16, 2010, I ordered several ink cartridges from www.inksell.com. On Feb. 1, 2010, I still had not received my order, so I decided to contact them via phone and email, with no luck. I researched www.inksell.com and found multiple complaints. I then contacted again via email, and notified them to stop my order. I could never get a real person on the phone. They never responded to my email. On Feb. 09, 2010, I got an auto-reply answer from them stating my product was being shipped. I'm afraid to see what I'll get. Romano's Macaroni Grill
July 7, 2008
Apparently Macaroni Grill has decided to save money on their dishwashing because the silverware, glasses and plates are being used so dirty that you can actually see old dried food on them. I complained to the manager and was told that since most people don't look that carefully and hence don't notice, he "did not see a problem." I even filled out the customer satisfaction form to let their corporate office know and all that got was a $10 coupon to encourage me to try their restaurant again. I will never eat there again... read full review »

Kenmore Range
February 24, 2008
We bought a Sears Kenmore Oven about five years ago. Today, I turned the oven on to preheat so I could bake cookies. After baking the cookies at 370 F, I turned off the oven. After few minutes, I opened the oven to remove the cookies and realized that the top heating element was red hot with the oven very hot and the cookies burned out. The only way to get the coil to stop heating was to unplug the oven from the outlet. This has happened a couple of times. When I contacted Sears I got no response since I did not have warranty. I believe this is a defective product that should be recalled before a more serious problem occurs. read full review »

They have numerous hoops to jump thru involving the USPS (which I complied with), and had continued to take out money from my checking account despite repeated efforts to have it halted. Eventually went to my bank and had all withdrawals stopped, but SMC refuses to acknowledge membership cancelation. They have even gone so far a to turn me over to a collection agency for over $300.
