We purchased 2 Access HD Converter Boxes. We hooked one up and it does not come on at all. The plug get so hot you cannot touch it and it smells like it will catch on fire because it is so hot. I found this particular company on careerbuilder.com and it was asking for extras. I called the number and they needed my information for a shipping fee . Not only did they charge me that fee, but double that for a "non-refundable" charge that was never even mentioned. I should have looked at the reviews first. These guys are SCAMMERS. The TV I ordered online was listed as in stock. I called to check on the order several days later and they only had it if I upgraded to a "package" of needless and expensive extras. When I requested to speak to a manager I was disconnected. We have a refrigerator manufactured by Videocon. This refrigerator frequently breaks down. Only a few months ago the compressor had to be replaced. Sherakan Bengals Kathy Laroche sent us a kitten for breeding purposes, with one testicle, sick with parasites and severe diarrhea. The kitten nearly did not make it through customs inspection. She has not provided registration papers for this kitten either. She has a history of unethical behavior with other breeders, we found out a little too late. A kitten with one testicle must be neutered, and cannot be bred. We paid $2500 for this kitten, and cannot recoup our losses. We do not recommend Sherakan Bengals or Kathy Laroche at all to anyone! Be careful about talking to them for "Checking to see what they can do for you..." An employee called and asked which loan on my credit report was for my auto. I asked him if he pulled my credit. he said yes. I told that son-of-a-bitch I did not authorize him to pull my credit and requested his supervisor. (Thad) He said he was going to look into it. I called Trans Union to determine which kind of inquiry they did. Trans Union said it was a "Hard" inquiry which affects my score. I'm in the process of removing this inquiry.
