I allege that I was not given the proper change. The cashier is saying the video is showing her giving me two twenties instead of one for change. I though the lowest I had was a $50. The phone number for the company does work and has worked since March 2009. There was no wait time and I spoke with a person. The rules of the order are online but most people do not read them. They were also included on a sticker with the products and it does tell us the next charges and shipping. I have paid over $1000.00 in 30 days and they CLOSED my card a month ago! Payment arrangements were made to bring my account current. The customer service representative confirmed that the payment arrangement was acceptable and would bring me current on my account. This company is putting charges every month on my visa card. My 80 yr old Aunt and I use the Visa card and neither one of this authorized this charge. Got a coupon in the mail regarding Air Duct cleaning for $ 64.99. it is the basic cleaning with no returns cleaning. The coupon shows a big truck with the real vacuum mounted on truck. We purchased a boilermate wh-7 41 gallon tank for our in floor heating unit in 2001. Since then we have had to replace the smart control unit three times. now we are looking at other options to replace the tank because we are concerned that replacing the smart control again will not be very smart.
