There are multiple issues. First, approximately 2 1/2 to 3 years ago, I was remodeling a trailer for this contractor and he became involved in a dispute with the owner. The contractor asked if I would wait for my pay until the issue was resolved in court. I too, signed up for a 12 day free trial and did not receive it until 2 days after I called company to ask what the $99.10 charge was for. I was told at that time that the charges would be reversed. I received the trial pack the next day.
