I have been using Blockbuster Online for the last 9 or so months. The delivery has been slow, approximating 3-4 business for me to get the movie. But it did not really bother me, as we were remodeling our house and did not have as much spare time to watch the movies. Boy, I thought I'd save money using this brokerage firm. Their trading platform is unstable. Sometimes it's up, sometimes down. The trading platform will sometimes take trades which are more than your account value. The JOKE is that this options trading website does not trade quarterly options, which I found out when I wanted to roll to the June quarterly. We purchased two lovely black labs from this kennel, and so far they seem to be healthy. Our main complaint is the lack of customer service. I have called them repeatedly and left numerous messages and no one bothers to return my calls. I did not receive any paperwork on my 2 puppies, until after 4 weeks I finally received their UKC proof of ownership, but it was incorrect. My son received a letter and a check dated 3/31/10 the letter stated that he had won a prize of $8000.00 from Consumer Rewards Program enclosed was a check for $987.79 to be cashed to pay the taxes and processing fee before the lump sum winning could be sent to him. There was a brown stripe and it bleed in several places into the other colours. I contacted them and asked for a replacement suit for the defective product. They wouldn't help me.
