I have been trying to resolve an issue with Choosedirect over a hottub that I ordered in November 2009. I was originally told that the hot tub would arrive 8-11 weeks later meaning in February. I have requested for a contract transfer on last week and the official at koramangala outlet told me that transfer will be done with 72 working hours and collected all the documents needed. I bought an alarm system from Brinks Home security at the beginning of 2007 and have had nothing but problems. The alarm goes off at least once a week for no apparent reason. Awful customer experience with chickdowntown.com. I have made an order with that web site and one item which was 94 USD bracelet was not included in the package when it arrived. The Fedex package was safe with no damages, and the bracelet was not mentioned on the commercial invoice attached to the box. The bracelet was listed in the packing slip document inside the package though.
