My husband and I have flights booked at Thanksgiving with USAir. We're flying CMH to PHL. Flights were booked 7/08 with a fare of $500. Fare is now (9/08) $300. Called USAir to see if we could get a credit for a future flight, not a refund. We were told it would cost us $150 per ticket for USAir to make that change... What change??? We're keeping our same flights. It will cost us $300 to save $200!!! I ordered an item from this company. When it arrived I tried it on to see if it fit, it did not. So I went to their website and printed a copy of their return form. (Hint #1 you have to search on their website for their return form. They don't include it in your shipment like every other company doing a reputable business out there). They stole our money by charging our credit card for hotel reservations, confirmed our hotel reservation, then canceled it without notifying us. Dwyer has been servicing my HVAC for the past 2 yrs. At first they proved to be reliable until recently. My fan continued to blow and would not turn off. This company claims that you can make lots of money by referring people to your website that you purchase from them. You then have to pay additional money for them to send out emails on your behalf, promoting your website, and yet there is no way to tell if they actually send out these emails that you have paid them for in addition to the money that you paid for the website.
