I have been receiving harrasing phone calls at my job from a woman named Lisa at this company. I had a car accident over a year ago at no fault of my own and thought that these medical bills were paid by the other party. I explained this situation to her and advised that i needed to find the information and contact that insurance company to get things settled. She called back 3 days later and asked for my boss and threatened to sue me and garnish my wages. I purchased a gateway computer on 4/19/2010. Just recently the hard drive went down and would not boot. I took it back to best buy to see what they could do. They sent it off to be repaired and told me I would have to call gateway and get a recovery disk, as they could not do that, to get the computer back to the way I bought it. I had a group booked with Apple Vacations traveling to Cancun flying USA3000. I had a gentleman who needed to travel with the Inogen concentrator. When we booked him the agent never told us he could not take it. This gentleman feels he has been discriminated against since all the other airlines even Southwest allows this unit to be taken on. Arcadian Lighting has been very nice and their price was the best. Their follow-up has been excellent. Unfortunately, fixture shipped direct from manufacturer and that's another story. These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead.
