We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator in December 2010 - Around $1800 at Lowes. 6 months after installation the freezer started melting. I ordered the complete set of Sue Thomas FB Eye series believing I was dealing with a company in the USA as a US flag always showed onscreen. However, the DVDs arrived from an address in China, the box is broken in transit, the first DVD plays but is clearly a pirated copy with adverts breaking in, and the sound is out of sync with the mouths. My dog has hot spots, unfortunately it is a problem some Golden Retrievers have. I had taken my dog to Banfield for years and have been on their wellness program paying for 2 dogs monthly.
