I noticed a check debit from my banking account for $49.99, when I called the company "Discount Web Member Sites aka 77ClubCS.com" the representative with poor English told me that I accepted terms online from their company which I did not and that they do not make any refunds. When asked to speak to a supervisor conveniently there was none available. I contacted my bank and they will reverse the charge and I am closing my bank account just in case this happens again. I am so frustrated with this online store that I have come to write a review. I ordered 2 leashes - shipped one back exactly according their specs with an RA # on my package and to their address, etc at my expense. I have never been credited so I email about every week! They have since responded to 4 of my follow-up emails saying its in the works, being processed. I was laid off involuntarily on March 14, 2008. Prior to that, I called Sears to enroll in AccountCare just in case I was included in the next wave of layoffs. Once I was laid off, I called AccountCare to file a claim. They told me I had to be unemployed continuously for at least 30 calendar days from my layoff date in order to make a claim. FreeRingers.net is a total scam. Their pages say they have all these free ringers, screen savers and wallpapers you can download. AFTER you pay you can look thru their free download files but what you find when you click on a genre is that there are NO files. THEN they try to tell you that in over 50 places on its website it tells you that you have to have your own CD's, MP3's etc that you download to their system and then they send it out as a ringer. I wish I had found the ripoff report, BEFORE I fell for this internet scam. The site itself contains zero data. Every search comes back empty - even for known social security death indexes. Most searches lead you to a list of online search engines that charge as well. I've noticed that all the rebuttals for these reports state 'Rebuttal Employee -contact us for technical support'. That's a load of bull as well, the only way you can contact the company is through an online email reply. Don't waste your time, you won't get a reply back. I've learned my lesson. I switched my phone service to Affordable Phones because they only charge $20.00 a month. Unfortunately, if you ask me, you only get $20.00 worth of service per month as well. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress 2 1/2 years ago and it is defective. The sides are sinking in terribly while the center is hard and much higher in position. My parents purchased one as well and are having the exact same problem. I paid to have an inspector come and they told me that this was normal and claimed I had a stain as well which cancelled my useles warranty. There was no stain at all. We are not even Tru-Green customers...our neighbors are. We came home one day to a blue dog. Now, I am sure that he was barking at the Tru-Green guy, but the dog was covered snout to tail in blue (we have pictures).
