Since having our mortgage payment transferred to BAC Home Loan Servicing, we have been unable to contact the company either by telephone or by getting online to pay our bill. In the past, we were with First Franklin and never had a problem. We have always paid our bills on time and do it via the online services provided. There IS NO SERVICE in BAC Home Loan Servicing! I purchased a furniture package totaling 1805 dollars. Rooms to go charged me 100 dollars for delivery that I did not want to pay. I offered to pick the furniture up myself at their retail location, and I was told that I could not. They said I could drive to Alabama to pick it up, or pay the 100.00 delivery charge. Wild Blue Trouble from Day one. The free install wasn't free at all, the person that installed the service charged an extra $200 to set a $40 pipe in the ground with a $5 sack of concrete. I made applied for this card through my vet. He did not make me aware that the balance needed to be paid in 30 days. I have my payments made automatically though my online banking system. I have always paid this bill with more than the minimum amount desired on time. I live in the Pasadena area and made the mistake of using this company to trim a number of trees on my property. They claimed to have done a lot of work in the area and knew how to shape trees so they not only looked better, but were healthier. To say they made a mess of my yard would be an understatement. The trees that are not dying look like they were sent thru a blender. I've had to pay a 2nd company to clean up the mess Estaban Tree Service made. They assure you that you need only provide an activation number and not the card or CVV number. This is to assure that the card has been purchased. We have had a lot of negative experiences with Pulte's home construction. It seems they have undersized the ducts on our home and not provided appropriate dampers to adjust the airflow appropriately (it would cost about $8000 to repair that, but we have chosen not to do that). The air conditioner failed after only 6 years to the tune of about $6300. The main sink faucet valve broke as well. Overall we have been pleased with the home but the appliances (A/C) and fixtures (sink faucets) seem to be poor quality. read full review »

This store will not allow you to return a garmet, in perfect conditon with tags still on it and a receipt as well. The store manager says she does not know how to credit your account and you must take store credit or exchange for something else. My friends, this was the very NEXT day. Yikes. The last three months I have had large pay per click bills with a reduced or no calls for weeks at a time. The click charges were only 59% to 75% of my budget last year but now with little or no phone calls the budget is exceeded each month now. I went to CIMB Cyberjaya branch at 12noon (lunch hour) on a Tue to deposit into ASB. I took my number which was of 2028. I sat and waited for my turn. At that time the digital displayed the number of 1000 series, which I'm guessing are of other bank services. By 1245pm NO 2000 number was called AT ALL. Beware of Weight Watchers online free 30 day trial... it's not free. Even if you cancel within the 30 days, your credit card is billed for $65 before the period is up.
