Placed order for DVD on May 3 for product listed as "in stock", on May 15th I inquired as to the status of my order and was told I would hear within "2-3 weeks". "MorEnergy" aka Enbridge Gas aka Direct Energy We were told that Mor Energy was working in co-operation with the Hydro distributors ( in our case Wasaga Distribution ) to replace their old hotwater heaters. The DVDs that were sent were illegal copies that arrived from China. Half of the episodes didn't work and there is no contact information or return address. They didn't even include a packing slip with the shipment. The DVD's had stickers on the them and were hand numbered with an ink pen. The TV Land logo was on each recorded episode telling me that they were recordings made directly from reruns on tv. And they were very poor quality. The seller is completely un-trust worthy. The seller does not send the correct watches that they advertise, and are of very poor quality compared to what is described.
