I purchased 4 pairs of pants (2 jeans and 2 cords) for my teenage daughter 3 weeks ago on 10/23/2010. I have the original receipt, but my daughter removed the tags. I washed one pair of jeans and discovered 2 medium size holes in the back of one of the legs. My daugther wears a uniform to school, so she only wears the jeans on weekends. I signed a 1 year agreement in September 2003. I went to close my bank account 7/30/2007, and found out that the company has been deducting the monthly dues from my account every month since. At the end of my contract, the manager called me to see if I would be renewing, and I told her NO. She did not inform me that I must come in and put the cancellation in writing. Received call on May 20th, 2009 about interest rate drop and how this company could help me. I was told there would be a fee 0f 1, 295.00 to lower interest rates.
