They didn't tell me that there was a 7-10 day wait when I purchased a phone online . I paid $18.00 for next day delivery and on the order page it never said you need to wait an additional 7-10 days for them to process the order. There is free delivery in 7-10 days. So basically they scammed me out of $18.00 for a delivery date they were supposed to give to me for free. Order was placed on 09/02/09 and they charged to my credit card immediately. As shipment was not made, I sent them 3 emails on 09/14/09, 09/15/09 and 09/18/09 requesting the order status and advising them that if items cannot be shipped to cancel the order and refund my credit card. British Delights has several complaints against them registered with the Better Business Bureau. Since they are not a member, they do not care what the BBB has to say. Basically it boils down like this. Because of the lack of, or rather non-existent communication of rules and regulation about flying into U.S airspace to customers, I had my 130.00USD Royal Salute Chivas Whiskey confiscated just as I was about to board the flight from HK to Toronto. This particular gas dealer is troubling us quite a bit and not issuing gas cylinders in time. He does not let us book a cylinder with in 30 days from the day it was last issued (not with in 30 days from the time we last booked for the cylinder). Also he is taking about 3 weeks to issue the cylinder from the date it is booked. I have informed about these happenings couple of times. My family went on a Carnival cruise October 20-25 which included my one year old daughter, husband and parents.
