Watch out for their upgrade scam. I have Preferred Speaking 9 and bought Naturally Speaking 10. The have a $50 upgrade rebate. The box I bought did not have the same sku as the rebate. People had filed the rebate and we being denied. I called the company and they offered no explanation, just the wrong box. Try to find an eligible box and buy that said the rebate department. The return policy for this site is located under "HELP" and is very bad...they have a no return policy... They will not even exchange sizes. You can only find this out by clicking on "HELP" at the top of page. They hide this very well by doing it this way and when contacted they then don't tell you it is under help that is on every page. Sorry for your regrets regarding purchasing Green Dot Cards or Money Pak but there is alternative way of loading funds into your accounts without purchasing the reloadable cards thru Drug Stores. Visit Radio Shack to have the transaction completed electronically. No Money Pak Cards Are Necessary!
