Bought 13 disc Insanity workout...it was scratchy then on day 4 my one cd did not work at all..Emailed company and still no reply from them...I was going to write them but the return address is in chinese and can't understand it...Contacted Beachbody and asked them if I could buy that certain CD from them..They answered NO, and that was that since I told them I had not bought this from them..I am screwed, to say the least...Don't buy a thing from this company!! I recently received a phone call from a man named Glen, with a company called Automotiveusa.com . they guaranteed to sell my vehicle with in a 2 to 4 wk time frame. 4 months later, I cant reach them to save my life! No phone calls are returned, nobody will pick up ... I don't even believe they provid a service! they just charged my credit card $299, and that was it! the sales rep was VERY smooth, and fast talking. Beware of very expensive shipping and bad customer service. I received a shirt from Sheplers that I didn't like and wanted to return it. I would have to pay shipping again to return it to them. Shipping was slow after I placed the order and shipped US Mail. At the rate I was charged, I was thinking UPS. Waited for a return call from manager but they never calIed. I have made 4 trips to our local First /Choice Haircutters Salon and It has been closed. I have been a regular here for 5 years. They have posted Closed Sun.& Mon. Open the rest of the week at 9am. Twice last week they were not open at 9:15am and again on Thur. at 9:30am. Today there was a sign finally in the window at 9:30 am that they were not opening until 10:30 am. This is too late for me. My complaint seems similar to the other complaints I have read. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day from Proflowers. When they asked if you wanted free shipping I did click on it, because the shipping was almost as much as the order. After entering all my information I was signed up to a 30 trial memebership to the Insiderclub.com, not Easy Saver. I do not remember anything stating Easy Saver. Anyone who has done bpos for brokerpriceopinion.com (or any other bpo company) and has not been paid for bpo services rendered needs to speak up and report them; first, to the Colorado Better Business Bureau, second, to the Colorado Attorney General's office, and third, to NABPOP. I am in battle to get paid and have filed complaints with the above mentioned. If enough complaints are made, we can stop them from this type of business practice of not paying agents. On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested. On 11/18/10 the replacement sweater was supposed to be shipped out. Since then I have heard nothing from them and have been unable to contact them via eBay or by snail mail. Their phone number can not be found in the Yellow Pages. All I want is my money refunded ($40.95 plus $6.50 restocking fee) or the sweater shipped to me. read full review »

I wish I would have known that Sultry Hair was a crock before I made my purchase. I received my hair today and man am I disappointed. First of all I ordered a 12" and received a 10" or shorter. My Mom had fallen and broke her glasses. My husband made an appointment for an eye test and new glasses for her. We arrived on time and we confronted with a rude receptionist. She walked away from us and talked to someone in the back before coming back to us. We were told to take Mom into the room and get her into the chair. She is in a wheelchair and needed assistance. I ordered some items from Taylor Gifts, and found that they had increased the prices on some items when I received my final charge. I notified them, and requested they reimburse me, to which they agreed. So, I thought this may have been a fluke. No, since I made another purchase today, and found that they did the same thing! The first time, they overcharged me $10.00, and this time it was for $11.00! Buyer beware! Make sure you check your charges, and print out your receipt (if ordering on the Web). This shop has done laundry services without acting on the customer's instruction. There have been several occasions where the clothing were dry cleaned without informing us when I have asked for laundry or washing services, stated clearly on the quote invoices. Then, when the items were delivered, they demanded payment based on dry cleaning charges which of course is much higher. I bought a UGG boots from them. They sent me a wrong size. And I asked to return, but there is no return info(such as return slip, company address, etc.). I sent them few emails but they didn't give me their return address and asked me to keep the shoes. This is completely CHEAP company. And the quality of the boots is really bad too. I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. I recently purchased a Cad bury Chocolate from a local shop in Delhi, after opening the outer packaging of the chocolate i found that it was not fit for consumption. The inner packaging of the chocolate is still intact. The chocolate has 2 cubes missing, further more there are stains on the paper which is used to do the inner packaging. I think this is very bad on the part of Cad bury to allow such food products enter market, which are not fit for consumption and are a hazard to public health. They sell these Chinese Made ATV's and offer no service centers to take care of the warranty. They expect you the owner of the ATV to figure out what is wrong. if you have a problem with the ATV and send in the part and they will replace it. That is a joke. You will wear yourseft down trying to get something done. They have no repair centers to take care of the warranty problems.
