The sales person promised to give a eurekaforbes bag while saling the product. We paid the whole amount and that day he told the bags are not in stock we will give you in the coming week. I did register in this company on 12/14/07, I did sign a contract and sign the receipt from my ATM checkcard for 165 dollars. I had a bill in collections from GC Services Limited Partnership. I paid this bill November 11,2006. It is now March 13, 2007 and my payment was never sent to the original biller, they claim they never received my money. I have a confirmation number and a bank statement showing the payment made, and they still insist payment was not made,and would not make any effort to correct the problem. They promise you anything that you want (to hear) and then fail to provide. Their advertising says that you get a free personal trainer, but that is not true. They charge. The managers tell you to talk to the head person, but he won't respond. So you are stuck because the managers say "go to him" but he is not available. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the established gyms. This place is nothing special. The receptionists chuckle at you when you try to get help.
