I just received a bill for about $744 for the previous month of service, to my surprise, as my bill is usually around $70 or so since I move into this new resent mid last year. I later found out after, speaking with the customer service, this is because for the past 5 month, they have been using an "estimation" of the gas usage. Very rude. Stated to me that if i did not pay in full with a checking account or verified account at that exact moment that they would ruin my life and (they heard my children in the backgroung)that my kids future was going to be in jeopardy. I worked in the grooming salon for Pet Smart for 4 months. The things that went on there were awful. Dogs were constantly cussed at and screamed at. The day I left one girl said"This f ing dog I hate this son of a b tch, I don't give a damn about these dogs I don't know what I am even doing here". I ordered a sample for $3.85. Since then we have been charged twice for $ 87.47. I called and talked to them and they just gave me the run around saying we needed to cancel the order in a certain amount of days or it would not have been charged. I talked to the manager Ella Montcarlo and she gave me the same run around. They did not even send me what I had ordered. I ordered the Dental Hygiene Pen and they sent me whitening gel. Terrible...for someone who is suppose to know guitars this outfit is either incapable of selling guitars or is extremely dishonest in their dealings. Do not do business with these people. They are totally unresponsive to even the easiest questions like where is my order and why did it not arrive as stated. After your order does not arrive and you send them an e-mail to find out why, all they do is reiterate the delivery policy and thank you very much.
