I had the displeasure of billing my credit card on filestreasury.comfor a trial period and their customer service and technical support was never available to help. They did reply to my email several days after my refund deadline had expired. They also charged my credit card for hidden fees that was not outlined on their main billing page but was in a link to their Terms and Condition. This prevented my credit card company to chargeback the hidden fees. So what turns out to what I thought to be a credit card charge of USD 1.95 turns out to be a USD 89.95 charge on my credit card. read full review »

We own a rental property where we had a Kenmore refrigerator, which we purchased from my daughter, in that house, model # 52012100, serial # SL1943508. On Dec. 7, 2007 the refrigerator caught fire and caused a house fire. I have a copy of the North Liberty Fire Department report wherein the investigator determined this to be the case.

I too was ripped off from this company for a tune of $395 and my computter. I was told the LCD screen and inverter was shot and that repairs would be done as soon as I paid upfront for them. I paid and then waited, and waited, and waited. I finally got in touch with someone and they assured me it would be repaird soon. I again took the word of a stranger and still nothing. I have a very important comment! The whole reason and purpose that I created an account on you tube is because Courtyard Marriott on Remount Rd. in Gastonia NC ***! Suck! ***! We moved into this apartment in October of 2009. Our average electric bill ranges from $100-$125/month. We received our September 2010 bill and it was over $300. I called and they said there was an unpaid bill from August & September 2009. That was from the previous tenant. we didn't live there then. I have been working for festiva for a good lenghth of time and looked at the many complaints on the web and so far it seems as though there is a great deal of confusion not mislead people for instance your II book is only for one year. your adventure club is for two years with the option to continue. if you own with festiva you don't have to upgrade if you do not want to although the benefits out way the risks it your choice. you what you contract says it will do today it will always do tomorrow. When you research a company name from Google and a complaints board website comes up on a higher ranking than the companys website itself... you know you have a problem. People are taking the time (like myself) to warn others of the deceptive sales pitch of this company.. outrank.com They charged me $290 initial setup. I was told that 10-20 calls a month would be the minimum (of course nothing in writing) With these types of companies I always ask if they will have a call log to prove their services are working. Watch out for this agency as you can't trust them and they will offer you fake promises. I have my own experience through them. I moved from Florida to Dallas leaving my best paying job behind just taking these guys words and ended up in an entirely new place without a job. Not only i didn't get the job i was promised, as the hospital didn't had a vacancy(which i was unaware of) and infact they didn't even receive any records about my contract. The agaency disagreed to reimburse my expenses for the move. They were not even courteous enough to answer my phone calls thereafter. read full review »

$800 cruise deposit was made but only $200 was sent to the cruise line. Agent, Dianne Tuttle, cancelled and rescheduled the cruise four times without my knowledge. The trip, according to the cruise line, is now cancelled but I have not received the refund. I learned about the mishandling of the deposit money after talking directly with the cruise line.

I bought a used car from them, the transmission was messed up I was late on a payment paid it but they took my car bc they said I did not have insurance on it and when I showed proof of my insurance they wanted me to pay the rest of what I owed on the car plus the 500 dollers for towing. First, the individual got hostile when I asked him to verify the company that I supposedly borrowed this money from. I thought I had found a way to purchase my textbook for half the price by downloading an e-book. However, after paying with my credit card, I was then and only then notified that my operating system was not compatible. Not only did I never receive a confirmation of my order, but after multiple calls to a tech support line (only phone number in existence) I have received no response. I lived in an apartment owned by The Eberly Company of Beverly Hills. This apartment was subpar considering the outrageous amount of money I was paying, but I had no other choice because I moved from another state and I needed an apartment close to work. Nevada State Bank charged excessive overdraft fees on my husbands personal account right after Christmas while he was on the east coast dealing with the death of his father. They charged a total of $1, 160.00 in NSF fees for $157.16 worth of items presented to his account. Then they took all of the money from a Joint Checking account that I have with my husband that he doesn't even use to cover the overdraft in his personal account.

I bought 2 football tickets for Atletico de Madrid vs. FC Barcelona I paid 377.00 euro for seats "CATEGORY 1 in Away section with Barcelona Fans" (as per description on the website). I have got tickets in the worst section - CATEGORY 4 (NOT even away section which was next sector)!!! Price on the ticket was 60 euro NOT 188!

Last minute fare messed up my original ticket I purchased and convinced me to re-charge my account for the same fare promising to refund the original amount. They never did. They blocked my calls. I can't get through with e-mails.
DON'T EVER BUY A TICKET THROUGH LAST MINUTE FARE/LAST MINUTE TICKETS

Ezeloans make out that they are in fact a LOAN company, not a loan BROKER.
The application to join manifests as a loan application, I filled this out with no mention of their company name anywhere until I had confirmed.
Then Ezeloans.net started emailing me saying that they were going to take a £74.95 membership from me. This was 1 hour after "joining". I immediately emailed them to cancel and exercise my 14 day cooling off period which everyone is legally entitled to.
