I sold some items on eBay, but wasn't paid. But, they still charged me fees for them. I contacted them to dispute the amount they claimed I owed, but they just ignored my emails or sent me 'canned' responses. In my case this company has done nearly everything wrong. I used this account for Lasik surgery, which did not work. I was not told when billing would start. I received a phone call saying my first bill was past due and I explained I had not gotten a bill. I was told another would be issued. When that one came it had a very high finance charge and late fee. I did not feel either were justified. The Nokia 5310 is one too small the screen, and the buttons then it has this weird glitch where it just decides to power down and go completely black on you and you can't get it back up. I submitted the photocopy of my driving licence as Identity proof and the photocopy of address proof issued by my employer (Bajaj Auto Ltd, Pune) bearing company seal. I signed up for a trial version of this companies software on 8/20 as it was the only way to see how it worked. I looked at it for 1 day and then forgot about it. On 9/20 they billed my card for almost $400. I asked for a refund and they refused, even though I never used it, they never reminded me that my trial was about to end and that I would be charged, and I contacted them as soon as I received their ridiculous bill. Waited for over a month for the ACTUAL processing of our order, 11 Herman Miller chairs. Assortment of missteps with their CS. Story ranged from, "we expect them to be to us next week" to being blatantly hung up on when calling. Strangely, after constant status checks, our order magically converted to "this order is in the final stages of processing and cannot be changed". BS. My 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 has a loud knocking sound when making left hand turns and can be felt from the floor board driver side. The sound comes from the left side front break. The dealer heard the sound and replaced the steering column which of course was not the problem. They tell me they can still here it but have no clue what to look for. I paid $34-k for a new truck that makes knocking sounds that can’t be traced but are their. I took my dog in for grooming and they cut him not once but twice, once on his testicals and then again on his penis this one needing a stitch. If that is not bad enough they tried to hide it from us and did not call us when it happened, saying they did not know he bad been cut. I find it very hard to believe that you could cut enough skin off the end of a dogs penis that it required a stitch and not notice. Virgin Mobile kept my family without any phone service at all for FIVE days and nights. The sprint account I was still paying on was cut off completely on the first of the month and the VM phones could not be activated until the 5th, when I finally found someone at VM customer service who knew what he was doing.
