I took an insurance policy from reliance life in April'2010. It was told to me that this is an insurance policy on which you will get a fixed rate of interest and 50% bonus amount after every 5 years. My policy number is 16913528. They sent me all the documents and Bond after 15 days so that i wont be able to withdraw the policy. We rented out our townhouse with Just Letting and our last tenants really messed up the place. We complained to the agent and she said they would keep the deposit to fix everything that was broken. It has been 5 month since this has happened and now they are refusing to fix the main problems even though they've kept our last tenants deposit money. The company of PrivacyGuard (owned by Trilegiant Corporation) has UNETHICAL business practices and are a bunch of scammers. Let me explain: I rented a truck from Budget Trucks last year to make a cross-country move. The technician told me if he did half the job I would run the risk of the furnace breaking down and it would cost me 10-15 thousand to get a new one. I agreed to use their company to process credit cards. I was told it would cost $6.50 per mo. and just under 3% of each usage. Soon I got a notice that they withdrew $98.00 from my bank account. The manager strong armed me into signing despite the fact that I had an acne condition and I was seeing the dermatologist the following week.
