I signed up with MX Energy 3 years ago in New Jersey as a natural gas supplier under a Fixed Rate Plan, 3 year contract. Have never missed a payment to Public Service, who then pays MX. Contract is up and MX is saying I owe $1, 800.00. Priority Pay debited our Business checking account once per week for payroll service and taxes. We left Priority Pay because they failed to get our payroll right after 6 months. After 4 phone calls which one was returned Priority Pay owes us $423.91 which we were told takes 2 weeks to get back. I refuse to fall for their lying. This is tax (fuda) money that is taken out ahead of time. I will be taking legal action if my money is not returned by 4/13/09. We received a call at 8:54 PM (waking our young children) from Clean Water Action. The woman on the phone claimed that we were members of their organization who had supported them in the past. Got a $100 certificate from Chrysler dealer, Register at the FreeBieGas.com with $5 registration fee on July, keep mailing gas purchase receipts of over $100 to them every month, But did NOT receive any of the $25 gas card which they guaranteed to mail back EACH month. From August to November, four months of waiting. Tried to call them, phone always answered by the answering machine and ask you to left your call back number. I did it twice, no response at all. This is my NIGHTMARE experience with Ideeli. I ordered a hair dryer which I received fine. The company then sent me two more hair dryers I did not order. Worst customer service EVER! They are just a shadow company and at the mercy of Reliant to do ANYTHING. I protested the horrendous billing post-Ike and received empty promises from Green Mountain. Suddenly I am in collections and have had NO communications from GM. I am going back to RELIANT who can actually DO something as simple as checking my meter for errors. I ordered a Chicken club toaster from the sonic in Aztec New Mexico and halfway through eating it I noticed that only the outer edge was cooked, the rest was completely raw, in fact my husband said it looked transparent! I've had a Suburban Propane Tank in my backyard for about 2 year. If their service was as great as the guy that sold me this tank and gas there would be no problem. These Parasites have tried to charge me $10 per a gallon for propane when other companies like Ferrelgas was charging $1.89/gallon.
