I bought 6 MR16 lights through a retailer from this company to be used in track lighting. Dr LED promotes it's lights as lasting 50, 000 hours. All six of them failed within 6 months. Their failure was gradual. I spent over $130 on these lights, so I wrote Dr LED intending to return them in warranty. They refused, telling me I had purchased them longer than a year before. I needed accomadation in a hotel in paris close to eurosdisney. After two days the hotel requested was confirmed . I chose the hotel after it had been suggested to me by fellow travellers. The hotel was Elysee Hotel val d'Europe. As soon as it was confirmed I bought my airline tickets for all the family. Delivery times are an absolute joke, and their factory and distribution location is somewhere in the Phillipines (though my first watch was sent from Russia via China), NOT UK based as they specify. Roomster.com is a horrible service. You can post your profile and see others but you have to pay $30.00 just to communicate with anyone on the service. I have a trade with Interval International for 2 years. I have tried 3 times to get someplace I want to go. Upon our 3rd attempt to use the trade, the customer service staff told me I am on priority list and gave me a priority code in September 2007. As we approach the date, I cannot get customer service to respond to emails, I am now on hold for 45 minutes with no customer service rep responding, it keeps bouncing me between rings and music. I received a phone call from a lady named Kathy asking me to purchase a cheap trip package. They said that you would get 4 free airplane tickets. When the Package arrived they already have the area and hotel where you can travel to. They require 7-10 hotel stay Some of the hotels run $170-over $200 per night which is to expensive for me.
