Be care using this site. They will charge your credit card monthly for a service you may not be able to use, but more importantly is not spelled out up front. You need to read the fine print and refer to the "Terms & Conditions" tabbed on the bottom of the site. Normally this is used for general terms and conditions, not financial and payment or service explanation. It is like having your mortgage document not spell out up front the interest rate and payment terms. read full review »

I cant believe what terrible customer service I got from them. Don't buy from them! Not only are their prices over 40% higher than buy plumbing.net but they charge a restocking fee of 5% even if they never send out the item! I purchased an item for them and canceled it within 5 minutes by phone. The rep was nice enough to tell me their policy about price matching but never mentioned that they would charge me a 5% restocking fee even though they never sent out my item. So when they they couldn't price match - I thought... read full review »

March 20, 2008
In December last year we hired a car and they offered a meet and greet service at the airport. In the car park we signed in good faith the receipt of 600 gbp deposit and 70 gbp for fuel. When our Visa statement arrived they had charged the full amount of over 900gbp. They are still doing business, but their customer service lines never reply, so a lot of time and money was spent ringing from Spain. Visa told me I would be reimbursed, and after investigating bank details, the company declared that we had been involved in a hit and run accident... read full review »

You'd get a faster response if you did business with a three-toed sloth on qualudes. Don't waste your time with this outfit. Ignoring your customers isn't a winning business model. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, and received a confirmation email. That's the last I heard from them. Logged into the site today, and it says my order is "processing". I needed the stuff to take with me on a trip - I leave in three days - as a gift for someone I'm visiting. At the last minute, I had to go find a local, albeit more expensive, source for my gift, and will be canceling my order with these layabout deadbeats. read full review »

Purchased their recommended, upgraded computer power supply for my model PC. Received it then tried to install it but it would not fit properly. Plugged in all the power cables anyway and tried to boot up the PC and it would not boot up. Looked at the SATA power connector cable and it did not have the correct number of power lines to it. Sent it back and they charged me a 15% restock fee for a PS that did not fit and did not work. Upon complaint they pointed me to their sales policy. Read their policy! Much of the same problems in my experience with this bogus company. They never mentioned to my dealer when he called that authorization was needed...just that the work was covered...so the dealer proceeded with the repairs. I followed all their pain in the *** requirements for filing for reimbursement. They never bothered to contact me about denying the reimbursement. Cellification is a total SCAM!!! I ordered an iPhone from them over 10 days ago. They charged my card the same day. Nobody picks up the phone, returns phone calls since then! On the fifth day they said they it would ship from CA, although they originally told me it would come from NY. The phone arrived 10 days later and is missing accessories and the charger. The retail box is dirty and ripped. The phone looks refurbished. CELLIFICATION IS THE WORST WEBSITE I EVER SEEN. DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THE AGGRAVATION! read full review »

I was on my way to school (Pima Community College) one morning and noticed my car had started making a little clunky noise and that my oil light had come on, i got to class, which is less than three miles from my house, and as soon as class was done (i only had one class that morning) i took my car to jiffy lube to see why it was making that sound, though i figured it probably just needed some oil or something... jiffy lube is about another 2-3miles tops from my school... BE VERY CAREFUL conducting business with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Look close at their return policy. This means if you change bank accounts or credit cards, you will be stuck holding the defective part. This policy is an outrage. They are ripping people off. Buyer beware of their domain registration policy. The industry standard if you want to cancel a domain is to let it expire. It will go into redemption and you have a way to retrieve it, or let it expire--then you can buy it again. However, they have a contract that does not cancel the domain name, but keeps it renewed and then charges you for it (even if your card is expired). Of course, I let it expire since I didn't want one of the names anymore, thinking it would go away. So, I don't renew. And then I get a collection agency... read full review »

Robert Half is my recruitment agent for a job at HSBC. When HSBC withdrew their offer (17 Aug) on the basis of my credit report (which I just found out to contain duplicate loan entries for all my accounts and searches), Robert Half asked if they could run the search themselves as I told them that I was surprised something bad was on my credit report. Dr. Marshall Field OD Optometrist at WalMart, North Brunswick, NJ - Unethical Doctor

I worked for Marshall Field and his wife at their practice in the North Brunswick, New Jersey, WalMart.
