I placed an order with this company. I called several times to connect with their "24-7" direct sales line. No answer, voicemail full. No reply to emails. Well, Pier 1 already said that they won't help us! We bought an Allegro Sofa on June 2008. By January 2009 the fabric looked bad, stretched, loose. In March one of the springs broke while I was sitting on it. I went to the store and promised that the manager will call me. She did not. I went again. On another occasion I was able to talk to the manager. She asked me to bring her pictures. I used elace.com to have some writing done. I just do not have enough time in my life. Most of the providers did good work. One provider did not finish her project and just disappeared. After a two months of trying to contact her I asked elace.com for a refund which I had prepaid for the project. I was told to down load a 4 page word document and fill it out and upload it. Ok so my Foxtel wasn't working (having wiring issues) so I ran the company up and did the step by step instructions with them. Instead of fixing the problem it just made it worse. They offered to get a technician out to fix the problem and if it was deemed a fault of mine then I was to pay $70. The phone call was made at the end of February, the earliest they could get a tech out was April 22nd. So already paying for Foxtel when it wasn’t working. Don't believe anything about what they said, especially don't buy anything with your credit card on their website. All what they say and sell are rubbish. Last month, I went their website, and paid about 4 US dollars to review about their so-called start kit. All are nothing but rubbish and empty talk. Then, I left. When I received my bank statement this month, I found they charged me another 59.95 US dollars without my authorisation or notice me first. After finding a travel agency to book travel for 21 members of my family, I learned about BookIt.Com. In the end, I booked my immediate family of 7 through BookIt.com because they were able to get a better rate. The other 14 members stayed with the other travel agent. I wish I had too. The short story is that once you book your travel and they get your money, they are useless to you. They called me almost a year ago stating that they had a buyer for my timeshare, and that once I paid the fee of almost $1800.00, they would send me the contract along with a $5, 000.00 bonus for the 4th of July. I called back when I didn't receive the check after July 4th, and was told that the sale had fallen through because the buyer wasn't approved. I applied for a online payday loan and before you got your answere you had to sign up for a national platnum card. I did and there was a 99.95 fee and when they called me 3 times to comfirm this I said I did not want the card, I did not have the money for it. This company has hit my bank account 3 times for 99.95, 99.49, and 99.00. And they will not refund my money. They said I did not get back with them. I talked with so many people that could hardly speak english that is where it got messed up. The worst service from GM dealer. NO complaints against GM, but this dealer is very arrogant. The dealer treats customers as if they work for him. Never do business with them. Paid in full for a brand new silverado truck, and a few days later when picked up the truck the sales guy wanted another $1000 otherwise he wont give the truck. Double Dipping. thats what it is called. HE took $ 1000 from me and claims another $ 1000 from GM. THe dealer is very unethical in his dealings. Never buy from this dealer again. This company is a fraud. I signed up with them in November, 2009. After I made my first international call, I received the bill in December right before the holidays. The next day I mailed the check thinking that it will get there in time. In January I did not get a bill from them and I assumed, because I did not call anywhere I did not owed them any money. I purchased a 3 year warranty on my Nikon Cool Pix 7600 Camera from Repair Tech. The company should rename themselves Rip-off Tech. The battry door clip broke (as many of them do come to find out) and I sent it to their 'authorised dealer' Precision Camera (no precision at tis company). Precision said the camera had "physical damage" which is not covered under the warranty as they say. The camera was not dropped or immersed in any fluid. I received an email from McAffee informing me, that my Anti Virus software will be automatically renewed within the next 30 days. The fact is, I do not have any McAffee on my computer since 2007. I ordered a stainless sink from them. They have failed to deliver the sink and refused to issue a refund. The "service department" sent me to sales. Sales said they would call the manufacturer and send me an e-mail. They sent a form interim complaint e-mail and the link back to the company's site says the complaint and or customer do not exist.
