I ove the way this dealership downgrades my truck, recently purchased for almost $5000.00 to a worth of only $1500.00. They devalue my trade, give me a small discount to not repair the vehicle I am purchasing, and it costs me a small fortune to bring their van, now mine, up to reasonable standards. I am a returning customer, trying to send money to the same person on record with them. I wanted to use a different card and a group of questions was put to me. Answered all of them. The message came that I have to call WE. I called them and on top of all the questions they want to know my social sec. number and who do I pay the mortgage to and how much. Are they stupid? What is next? After that I could not even use my old card. Had to go to the nearest location and bring cash. Unfortunately there is no competition. I would newer use them again. I informed them that I no longer wanted anything to do with their company and would be returning their products. The representative said that it would be noted on my account. January 1, 2011, I was put with AMLI by Homeland Healthcare. I knew they have a pre-existing conditions clause and I faxed them my letters of credible coverage like they asked for. in July I was laid off from my job where I had United Healthcare for two years. August 1, 2010, I got a Limited Benefit Plan through Homeland Healthcare and had it until December 31 at which time they switched me over to AMLI. A friend invited me to join her "tagged" group. I read through all of their policies and it looked legit. I then provided my cell phone to register. They sent me a confirming text and then all hell broke loose. I started getting horoscopes sent to my cell in the form of text messages from "40544". I submitted all of my forms correctly, they did not update status for long time. When I e-mailed them 2 days later they denied for the same reason everybody is complaining about. I did not submit everything, which was not true. I attached documents with my e-mail and sent them again, which they totally ignored. I have been scammed by oDesk resource. Be very careful while hiring any resource on oDesk (virtual assistant, blog poster, programmer - anything). I had hired this person in November 2009 but didn't give him in assignment (his allowed working hours specifically said "0"). I received a call from a guy saying that I received a payday loan from them in October of 2008 and that I owed them $300.00 or they were going to sue me for $4000.00. The guy quoted my name, bank name, ss# and the name of two of my relatives. He even called my old boss in an attempt to reach me. He called me several other times when I told him that I was not going to pay him and that I did not know what he was talking about or how he even got my information. BEWARE OF THE CONTRACTORS DIRECTTV SENDS TO INSTALL YOUR SYSTEMS! THEY DO NOT WORK FOR DIRECT! THEY ARE NOT BONDED!! My family recently had DirectTV installed in our our. Alaska used to be one of my favorite airlines, but Alaska/Horizon are my definition of the bottom of the barrel. A group of us flew from San Jose and Seattle to meet in Boise in December 22, 2006. Both flights were late; the San Jose one was over 11 hours late. My mother and father are insured with Shelter. They have been with Shelter Insurance for about 20 years now. Here is the problem. During a storm or just a relaxing rain water is dripping from the ceiling. The spot is getting bigger and bigger and worse and worse as it rains more. It is so painful that I have to write this, for I love the products at Ross, but the shopping experience is all but pleasant. No matter what time of day you enter some of their stores, especially those in Florida (I have shopped Ross from Ocala to Pembroke Pines and Miramar) you will find floors littered with merchandise, broken items on the floor, empty drink bottles on shelves left behind by angry shoppers. I recently rented a truck for a one way 160 mile move. You're given a copy of the contract and on it is this little diagram of the gas gouge. You're then told to be sure it matches what's in the truck and explained their refueling fees if you return it less than they gave it to you. BEWARE - THE DIAGRAM IS BACKWARDS. I was in your 12 Oak mall location the week of Thanksgiving. Shopping for Christmas, I over heard a pregnant worker talking about a black lady that was working there too. I was very offended and felt she should have kept her thoughts to her self and not use the sale floor for discussion. It was very unprofessional for Talbots standards. I had an appointment for a washing machine repair scheduled for 6/13/2011 between 1 and 5 PM. At 3 PM Sears called to say that they were overbooked and would not be able to fix the machine until Thursday 6/16/2011. I spoke to customer service. I was read a prepared script and told that they could not offer me an earlier appointment. I took a day off from work for nothing. SEARS SERVICE is the WORST! During my stay yesterday, there were only long lines (more than 1 hour) and longer lines on the most popular rides. The park was understaffed, rides were closed or stalled due to mechanical failure, and when I complained, I was told by Cody (badge #220) that this was the way it is. When I complained about Cody, the kind folks at Gueast Relations told me that Cody told the truth. Don't go. Big RIP OFF. My father gave my husband an $80.00 sizzler gift card that our local sizzler restaurant won't honor. The next, nearest Sizzler is alomst 100 miles roundtrip--- and of course there is no proof that they will accept the card either. What a ripoff! Customer beware. Don't buy Sizzler gift cards. Not only that but after contacting the complany and recieving an email saying the restaurant would be contacted we have heard nothing after 2 weeks. I have ABSA Cheque account with a overdraft facility of R2000. This overdraft has NEVER been unpaid for more than 20 days. It has happened on occassion that a debit order goes through in a difficult time of the month, then obvioustly the bank turns it down and bills me for more than R100 per transaction, understandable.
