Credit Card statements are confusing, charging unsolicited interest on items with high interest load and crediting payments against o% balance transfer offers. Neither they give any merchandising track no. to specify payments nor they have a clear format of transactions flow as how payments are adjusted or interest billed against which all entries. I took my family to Arby's on Monday, Feb 16. It was a choice between Chic-Filet or Arby's. Arby's won . I ordered the five melt for 5.55. When we got to the table, we could hardly find any meat. Holiday Inn Select in Trevose, Pa is a franchise; will not work with you to issue a credit or refund if you book on line. Claim that "terms and conditions" are agreed to before entering their website and are binding/legal. This describes my evaluation of Gate1's "11 Day Athenian with 3-Day Cruise" package in June 2008. Gate1"s contract hotels are not anywhere close to 5 or 4 stars, as advertised. Nationwide Insurance Company will cancel your policy by saying you have a past due balance. That you probably don't have, then when you find out it's already too late to do anything. They will tell you the policy lapsed and you have to reapply for reinstatement, then they deny you coverage. In my case they new I had some recent health issues and would not qualify for a medical exam for reinstatement. At first myfax.com appears to be a reputable company, advertising and promoting a "free" trial, asking for your cc number, but states you may cancel within 30 days and there are no charges. We decided to try the "free " trial, and after 2 days, we cancelled, because we felt their plans would not work for us.
