Retriever Payment Systems is a Rippoff Unfortunately, my mother who owns a salon and who is not fluent in english was the perfect victim for one of those soliciting salesman for WholeSale Payment Solutions. I went to Swift to get my CDL's the first time I have ever driven a mass truck, and the first time I held a CDL license. Until I got a letter from the Deportment of Public Safety stating my license would expire in 30 days. Puting me in danger of lossing my present job, which I had to take 3 days off with no pay to retake the test, that I thought I had already took. This company is doing lawn service, there representative came on the door (commission based) and took order for Lawn service for the whole year under the Master plan. We called them several times to do the aeration, there is no one physically available to talk to you, it is always answering service, never to deal with them they are fraud. Eventually we decided to cancel the service and ask for refund of money, they cut part of money and send rest of it saying that we had given you service, we called them and said we did not get any service... read full review »

This company, onlineherbalproductsstore promised me written prescriptions and pharmacy filled for Phentermine and delivery within 3-5 business days. What I received in 3 days were tablets of low quality herbal products markings for Generic Phentermine. These look alike products were entirely fake, and having had them analyzed contained low quality herbal supplement. I ordered a bottle of perfume on 01.04.2011, i did not recieve anything after two week so got in touch and the company said that they had emailed me letting me know there was no stock, and if i wanted to wait until their next delivery came in or not? We found two charges from this company on our charge card in March 2008 that we did not authorize. Apparently there is something with this company going on that when the charges were put on, our credit card company put on a fraud alert and have temporarily shut down our card. So beware. This is supposed to be some kind of people information service, does background checks, etc. But I wouldn't use them. read full review »

Then I phone this company numerous times and left messages - still no response. Its now been 2 weeks - no merchandise and no return messages or calls. After FOUR weeks of back and forth canned emails from their customer support (laughable), I am no where close to getting a refund of almost $200 dollars in merchandise that was sold to me as being genuine and of good quality. What I received was fake counterfeit products, cd driver disks with viruses, and crap that was built with substandard materials and shipped poorly packed so most of it was broken upon arrival. Upon returning the rental car, An Avis representative advised me he would call me a taxi to the airport. I told him I lived in Costa Rica and needed a taxi less than 3 miles up the road. He told me that would be $10.00. Because I live in CR I know that the meter at most would be less than $5.00 (2500.00 colones). So I declined his taxi and said I would get my own. I ordered a frying pan from Orgreenic several months ago and I have not gotten it yet. They advertise that their product is non stick and you will never have to use butter or oil again. Every time I emailed them, I was told that everything was on back order and to wait another 15 days. I am still waiting after 5 months. I just saw on their site that my order was mailed on April 22 but I am skeptical. If you are thinking of ordering this product, you might be waiting for a long time. Wow here it is 2009 and I noticed that people have been complaining since 2007 about the receipt saying to go online and fill out the survey for a chance to win a $2, 500 K-Mart gift card. I like K-mart, I don't shop there often but the things that I have purchased have been great...no big deal about the survey except it is false advertising. I took the time to go online to fill out the survey..It is BS that K-mart does not to take this info off of the receipts and stop wasting peoples time. Internet seller, michelniques.com refuses to do an exchange of a Christmas gift because I purchased it more than 30 days prior. DUH some of us do our Christmas shopping early. Most retailers relax their return/exchange policies around Christmas time. Please note, I did not ask for a refund, but an exchange...so they still would have had my business/money, so what's the big deal? btw, I also noticed they also have big restocking fees on returns, should you ever get them to accept anything back. I ordered $145.45 worth of clothing from Hollister on August 20th. As of this date, October 13th, they have not arrived. According to US Post Office Tracking, the package has been sitting since August 22nd. Hollister does not care that I have not received it, since technically they did ship the items. I'm writing this post after the worst experience I've ever had in a retail establishment. 11.06.06 I visited the Valero on FM 518 in League City. I needed to get gas and to save my cash I decided to use my visa debit card. ServPro over charged for thousands of dollars worth of work they knew would never need to be performed. They double billed for the same work in many of the rooms. When the over charges were caught they reissued a second estimate with the same over charges and double billing. Don't hire Cape Cod Roofing to do anything. I had my roof done over and the crew damaged the house, left debris, nails all over. I deducted a small amount to pay for the damages and in return got harassed by Skip Schiappa the owner. He refused to fix the damages, sent a very lewd, crude and threatening letter. It got so bad I had to get the police involved since he resorted to verbally threatening me. All in all a very unprofessional man, doesn't respond well to complaints, lies through his teeth and doesn't care about your property while doing the job. The job turned out to be a nightmare ordeal. The second time, I bought 4 Dbacks tickets, spent $40 each and they sent me different tickets, not the ones I picked but the bleacher tickets. If I want the bleachers tickets, I can just purchase from the ticket master for $19 each and not paying $15 shipping fee.
