On 12/05/06 I read an ad on voip.com about using their phone service. The ad said if you sign up and your not satisfied with the service, and you cancel in the first 30 days they will refund your money. Voip.com has 2 ways of using there service. Fonality service is absolutely terribile. We routinely have dropped calls, bad call quality, and other call issues. We have logged dozens of support requests but have had no resolution. In Jan. 08 while delivering PODS units to my new home, the delivery truck broke through my septic tank lid. The damage amounted to $815.00. This was caused by negligence on the drivers part. The septic tank was visible and should have been checked before driving over. In addition no spotter was employed. A spotter is required. The franchise owner from Savannah offered to pay half. Have you ever heard of a "trial period" beginning from the day the product is ordered? That is what this company does. I placed an order on 7/17, they mailed it on/19, I received it on the 23rd. On the 24-25th they charged my debit card $78.41, since they ONLY give 8 days from order date. I do not remember that disclaimer anywhere. Now they agreeded to refund me $60.00, but if the bottle is opened there is a $19.60 fee charged. When would a bottle not be opened if you ordered to try it? I ordered some cabinet pulls from this company. The merchandise arrived at my house 5 weeks after I ordered. When it arrived one of the 6 pulls was broken and the others didn't quite fit. When I decided to return them I was told there was a 40% restocking fee. RPM collections calls and does not have any info on what you actually owe, because they are a fraud. All they get is a number and a name and try to say you owe them money. Tell them to send you documentation. If they ask what your address is, tell them if you really owe them money they should have it! Do not give them any money!
