Dental office from HELL! I can not stand the way they manage their office. They call continuing care every week, it seems like. Too much additional fees like: sterilization fee, adding additional porcelain to crowns, charging a full series of x-rays when they only took four x-rays. This place is a scam and seems to be money hungry. When calling the office the front person always places you on hold or says that she will call you back to discuss your account; weeks will go by and nothing. Hi all. On April 10th 2006 I purchased battery from the Canadian Tire in Port Coquitlam B.C. for my motorcycle. On July 28th 2006 it died, lasting only 15 weeks. I was quite a ways from home (2.5 hours) or a Canadian Tire when this happened, so I had to purchase a new battery. The store offered to hold my battery for a while incase I was able to pick it up. I was intrigues by all the commercials for the Rogers Wireless Internet Stick so I bought one. The ads all seem to be "plug and play" and the instructions indicated just that. My laptop is not brand new but is only two years old. I tried to make it work and could not. Took it back to the dealer and they tried and then called Rogers themselves only to be told that it works "with about half of the laptops they try it on". I find it incredulous that Wells Fargo Bank doesn’t seem to give a damn about their customers. On a number of occasions, I have send emails to their “Contact Us” POC, as instructed on their website, only to not receive any answers at all, or, sometimes nonsensical answers that are probably “canned” responses that the agents read from scripts. During a dental emergency that was going to be $3500.00 that insurance did not cover. The dentist had an option, GE MONEY BANK. With not much choice it sounded like a good idea and GE was a name you can trust. That was a mistake. I installed a Pinnacle alarm system in May. I asked the sales person if there was a contract or if I could cancel at any time because there was the possibility I might be moving. I purchased a Seiko watch in May, which quit working in June. I paid over $300 for this watch, now they are saying I must have the original packaging in order to return the watch for a service guarantee repair. Since I have owned several Seiko watches and none of them quit working in a couple of months, it never occured to me to save the box. If you cannot handle this complaint, who should I go to? I have purchased Manchester United shirts for this season and both the home and away shirts have two bands on the back of the shirt one from the neck down and one from the lower back down. My husband works for Advanced Beverage Co. and they pay for him to get free taxi cab rides if he ever needs one to be safe. On Saturday the 21st, at 1:00 am we called Yellow cab to get a taxi. We waited, and waited and then finally I called back 30 minutes later to see the status. I purchased 2 Leather Recliners fro Ashley Furniture Store about 3 years ago and also purchased their 'Montage Furniture Services' extended 5 year warranty. Qwest Communications allowed our business telephone account to be switched to another carrier without my knowledge. This occurred in May 2001. When I found out what they had done, they switched my account back and promised any charges on the old account would be credited due to the inconvenience.
