In the beginning of July 2005 we bought a lounch suite from Rochester Furnishers in Strubensvalley Roodepoort. Their policy is 30% deposit and then they order the furniture to be delivered within 8-10 weeks. When I phones to follow up I was told that our lounch suite already arrived on the 24 August but it had a tear in the one seat and that they have send it to the dealer in Johannesburg to be fixed. When I phone 3 days before my set was suppose to be delivered I was told that the set is still in the warehouse with the tear and that the manufacturer will collect it only tommorrow and that I will have to wait another 2 weeks if I am lucky! read full review »

Hi all, I recently had really a bad (pathetic) experience with Aggarwal Domestic & International Packers (MCC Transport Pvt Ltd.) While moving my household goods from Bangalore to Delhi. During packing and loading time (on 22 June 06) I was informed that they will deliver my household goods in 7 days ( 29June06) to Delhi and settle the damage on the spot. To do this they charged hefty fee (packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, transportation, Insurance, service tax) i.e. premium on top of what other packers charged. I am complaining about Dr*Symantec.com. In February of this year I started receiving messages that my virus protection had expired. So March 5, 2006 I renewed the Norton Virus Protection with Dr* Symantec.com. I paid $78.98 for 2 yrs subsrciption with my credit card. 78.98 was charged to my credit card and paid to Dr*Symantec.com. I was notified that the new virus protection was activated and in place. Black and Decker Vacuum Sealer

I purchased A Black & Decker vacuum bagger (model VS 2000) new from WalMart, and it NEVER worked properly. The Blacj & Decker replaced another bagger I had that was made in France, and which worked perfectly, but for which bags were no longer available. The point is that I am familiar with how vacuum baggers are supposed to work, and the B&D never performed as advertised. 2006 Toyota Corolla

I have a new 2006 Toyota Corolla. It "clicks" and jerks when shifting from Park to Reverse or Drive to Reverse. The shifter sticks at times when shifting and the car sways when driving. I have had the car to Sierra Toyota in Lancaster five times with no success. Because I am a woman they don't take me seriously. The same is true with the Toyota Corporation. Few months back we bought a Maharaja washing Machine. And let me tell You that till then we have a very bad experience while using the washing machine. Its a total waste of money which we have done. In November 2005 I ordered Bob Mackie Oval Coffee table and Oval End tables. It is now July 2006 and I've been notified that the order will not be in until the middle of August. Each month the retailer tells me that the tables have been delayed in shipment from China. E-mails to American Drew just draw responses telling me that they have problems with shipping from China. It all started when i purchased my panasonic 36 inch tv from brandsmart in august of 2001. I purhcased the extended contract which expires august 2006, in a month. My ex husband called around to have my car key reprogrammed to my car. He called chrysler on Friday spoke to one of the service people. He explained he already had someone put a new PCM chip into the car and now only needed the key to be reprogrammed. He asked them how much it would be to have a key reprogrammed to a car? Bought Grouper Fish today (07/12/06) at Ingles Grocery, Clayton, GA 30525. Fish Counter advertised "Grouper - Wild Caught - Fresh"; however, when I opened the package at home I found the fish to be "slimy with a bad smell"! Since the beginning when we submitted our order the decorator told us she would sent out to have our shutters re-measured by the shutter company. They came out and re-measured. I recently visited the Dillards in our town to do some shopping. I bought my daughter a pair of shoes, however she was not with me when I bought them, and unfortunately they did not fit. I received my initial service to my vehicle on Nov. 27, 2005. An anti freeze leak turned into a head gasket replacement that lasted 9 days. My car has bucked since this repair and it still does. I have since had everything from belts to a catalitic converter replacement. The car still bucks at 75. Since it is above the speed limit they are not responsible. I bought this Exersaucer recently, July 8, 2006. I put it all together with no problem. I put the batteries in the appropriate slots. However, the Toy Bar does not work. I put brand new batteries in it, and still does not work. I do not want to have to take the entire exersaucer back to the Babies R Us, as I already made a second trip because the first one I bought was damaged, and the store is very far from where I live. I made a spur of the moment purchase of a B&D blender and a B&D coffee maker b/c a $20 rebate was offered from Linens and Things. One was purchased in late December '05; the other in early January '06. The blender died several weeks ago while it was blending cooked chick peas and yogurt. We, like another customer who has written about his iron, wanted to try to fix the motor, but could not access the it b/c a very special screw driver is needed. I Purchased a George Foreman G5 grill online from Costco July 2006. I have used the grill 2 times and have been shocked 2 times. The first time I was rinsing off chicken breasts and my elbow accidentally brushed up against the metal bar; it sent a significant shock through me. I signed up with AA On-Line Moving & Storage in August 2005 to move our things from New Brunswick, NJ to Winter Haven, FL. I spoke with Mark Ash who was the salesmen and assured me that I was in good hands. The cost was $4,000 to ship our furniture and $289 a month for storage. We recently had to get forced into public sewer. We had a well but unfortunately, a new development was made for wealthy people only. J H Freed was contracted to do the job. They not only did not honor the contract but also, did not do any grading or emptying out the septic tank. They were quick enough to cash the check and get their money!
