Some time ago I filled out an application (at Govgrantadvisor.com) to get information on governemnet grants I never received anything through the mail about 3 months ago someone from that agency called to see if I was still interested in government grants and I stated no and my credit card is still being charged 29.95 per month for something I never received and to this day am still not receiving any kind of services. read full review »

I submitted my handset at nokia care sector-2,in noida for repairement. There was problem of automatic switch -off. They conveyed me to get it repaired within a week time and upto today, they have not done any thing. Now, on asking for my handset even they make some excuse.Please tell me what should i do? I was extremely disappointed with the poor service my family and I received at Seaworld San Diego. My husband, daughter and I stood in LINE and bought our Platinum Passports. I asked for our guest passes that were promised on the website but was disappointed when I was told I would have to pick them up at Guest Relations, inside the park. In January 2006, my son answered to an internet offer for several magazines in order to receive an internet shopping spree-which did not turn out to be what he was led to believe.... Around the same time he received a call from Silk Enterprises asking if he was interested in ordering magazines at a discount. Cavalier Telephone - their local telephone service is nonexistant. I signed up in May 2006 for Cavalier Telephone online after checking that I could keep my old telephone number from Verizon. I get the welcome packet in the mail a few weeks later and not only have they assigned me a new telephone number, they had given me a new last name! This company used my credit card and billed me 115.15 plus 8.25 for diet pills that I did not authorize. I requested reimbursement in writing, returned the product all in certified mail and they still have not reimbursed me. Additionally, the number they had and the web site they have are no longer effective. The number is out of order and the web site states they are under construction. This all looks very bad. On 11-11-05 i bought a ring from pv mall for the sale price of 209.99 Just today i went to the pawn shop to maybe get a loan on the ring. the first place told me i could get 20 dollars for it. I turned it down, the 2nd pawn shop said 30 dollars and it would be more if the diamond was real. I have been a long standing customer of Carrot Ink. The most recent black cartridge I purchased from them leaked in the printer (HP 970 CSE) when the printer was not in use. The ink leaked onto the circuit boards in the printer and destroyed them. Carrot Ink (Kristen in customer service) refused to acknowledge that their product was defective and refuses to pay for repair/replacement of the printer. read full review »

Our experience with this company has been horrible and I wish I would have found out they have over 700 unresolved complaints with the BBB Texas before I did business with them. Thinking that they were a large reputable company who sell GE alarms, I thought they were okay. I might ad they use high pressure sales pitches and before you know it, you've agreed to a contract. On March of last year I signed a contract with the owner of International Cabinetry, Joe Martin, to build cabinets for our kitchen. First of all the cabinets we received at our home on July 2005 did not have the specifications we had agreed on per the plans submitted by our decorator to International Cabinetry. Last December I had a generator installed by Ready Power Inc., located in Jasper Georgia. As of July the generator has never performed. During that time period, Ready Power replaced the battery 3 times and another part, still not solving the problem. On one Friday evening in June the power went out and of course the generator did not start - battery was dead! I tried calling the owner on his cell, which he publishes on his business card. Service is difficult enough to find at Sam's Club; but, this lack of service is tolerated in that they frequently have lower pricing. It does not bother me that they do not supply bags in that I prefer to use my own. I am an enviromentalist and as such I have mesh bags and canvas bags that I use each time I purchase groceries or other items that fit within the bags. I purchased a value pak of you hefty one zip gallon storage bags with a quantiy of 30. Over half of the bags would not open or would rip at the zipper when they were opened. I was very disappointed with the product. I would hope that you would stand by your product. I do not have my reciept for this so I am not sure of the amount it cost me. I have been a GM Card holder for 20 years. Last month they sent me a new GM World card with expanded services and a new account number. It had not been requested nor did I want it and I shredded it. When the monthly statement came it had a new account number on it and when I called customer service they gave me a sales pitch on the many new benefits the new GM World card had. I was recently mailed a chase debit Visa card with "leisure rewards" (leisure rewards points earned when making purchases), which is to replace my soon to expire debit card. The replacement card is a "Blinkcard". The blink card is the new cards which need only be swiped and requires no signature verification at time of use. I purchased fuel from the 7-11 gas station on Post Road in Indianapolis, Indiana back in October 2005 while on my way to New York. I put about 13 gallons of gas in my 2004 Isuzu Rodeo, bought some refreshments and got back on the interstate. I have a checking account with Wells Fargo for about a year now and it has been nothing but a hassle, they charge a fee for everything! First of all a customer can not use the check card as a debit card because when the merchant swipes it, it is then processed as a credit card so the bank will avoid a processing fee. Although their contract seems legitimate they don’t seem to abide by their own expiration dates. Continually my credit card was charged for months after the termination date on the contract. This web site listed a phone number that the writer said was a direct line to Home Depot. I called that number (1-877-527-0313) and found that it was answered by Hampton Bay. About 6 months ago I had the ABS repaired at a Chrysler dealer in Iowa and paid $600.000 (442 .00 ICU part and 127.00 for labor) to have the Integrated Control Unit replaced (ICU - contains many parts including the ABS pump). Ordered the house sirloin..........what a joke. The piece of meat that was delivered to my table looked like pot roast or pork of some kind. It had been cut through the middle and I could open the entire piece with my fork. I mentioned this to the server and got the "deer in the headlights" expression!! In the beginning of July 2005 we bought a lounch suite from Rochester Furnishers in Strubensvalley Roodepoort. Their policy is 30% deposit and then they order the furniture to be delivered within 8-10 weeks. When I phones to follow up I was told that our lounch suite already arrived on the 24 August but it had a tear in the one seat and that they have send it to the dealer in Johannesburg to be fixed. When I phone 3 days before my set was suppose to be delivered I was told that the set is still in the warehouse with the tear and that the manufacturer will collect it only tommorrow and that I will have to wait another 2 weeks if I am lucky! read full review »
