I have ordered one MP3 player from rediff in Jan, 2007, when i received the product the ear phones were already defective. The player somehow worked for 10-12 days, then it stopped working. I have a contract with Maytag Dependability Plus on my Frigidaire dishwasher. All of a sudden the dishwasher stopped working after 1 1/2 years. Maytag sent over A & E Factory Service to fix it. I rented a car at the Sky Harbor Airport site on 2/16/07. I closed escrow on the sale of my house on 3-01-07. GMAC Mortgage automatically applied a $16+ Thousand dollar pre-payment penalty to the pay-off amount on my mortgage. My mortgage DID NOT have a pre-payment penalty. I have a pre-paid connection 9360103440 since May 04 and faced no problem so far. Required documentation was done at the time of taking the connection. I ordered a mattress and box spring from the Westin at Home online website (the Heavenly Bed Ensamble). The Westin contracted with this company to deliver the mattress and boxspring. During delivery the company damaged a light fixture in the stairway of my house. The company refuses to fix the damaged light stating that because it was a difficult delivery they are not responsible for any damage caused.
