Reliance Communication - Life Time Plan

To be a 10 yrs long life time member (free incoming facility) I had started last yr in August month to pay the Company, Reliance Communication, 79Rs/- per month and this yr in July i had given my last 79/- rs as per the company rules and instruction. But now while completing the total payment to company, it says that you failed once(that they dont know which time) to give the money in 30 days time. so u have to give the total again. it seems to me that as people say, Reliance is one of the top most cheater company that cheats the public and harass also.
People should be aware from such cheater company like Reliance Communication. read full review »

I have purchase Kenstar Water Purifier in month of August-2006. This Purifier was having problem of water leakage from starting. I brought it to notice of Customer service station but till date it not yet repair.
I have purchase this machine from Mona Traders at WHC, Nagpur. The branch Manager Mr.Anil is useless and should sag, his subordinate Mr.Deepak is copy of Mr.Anil.

I am a consumer of domestic gas registered with M/s Jyoti Gas Distributors Versova Mumbai Tel. No: 26332839. I have to book a refill and keep on waiting. I often make a reminder after about a week, but to no avail and finally I make a visit to the Distributer and give a request in person. I would like to know, whether this kind of approach is acceptable by the company. Incidentally on first booking, I am told that it would take a couple of days only, which never happens. I had booked a flight on 25th Jan 2007fot one adult, one child and one infant by their flight no DN 658 of 8th June, 2007 on the Delhi- Mumbai sector, for a total value of Rs.5302.15. Subsequently I was told that the flight has been canceled and I can take the refund. As per their published rules, they are supposed to provide an alternate flight within one week, if available, but I was told that all flights were full.

I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator (MASTER MIND)Model No.10618 Serial No. INA0718118 in the month of 25th June 2007. From the day 1 of the purchase lots of noise is coming from the refrigerator. We have made complaints many a times (6 times). Inspite of several complaints only once an engineer came from your company. He said that in Whirlpool the sound always comes. It is very noisy. Yesterday evening there was a loud noise and the fridge stopped working.
Whirlpool is such a reputed company but the customer service is very poor. read full review »

In January 2007 we bought a 2 year Bell Expressvu contract which includes the model 9200 receiver/hard drive recorder. The good news is that the 9200 recorder works well, the bad news is the sloppy installation and Bell’s crummy customer service.
By the time the installers told us they had completed the job, the mess had been made. We didn’t see the mess until they left.

I called this company before to trail deadline on 8/22/07 at 2pm, the telephone staff person assured me that both memberships would be cancelled at no charge to me,on 8/24/07,my bank account is overdrawn due this 19.95 charge by 10.07 with a overdraft charge to be assessed on 8/27/07. This company is awful. I ordered Swivel Sweepers on 6/1/07 for delivery by 8/1/07. Still waiting. The ad for the sweeper says "all orders ship in 24 hours" The ad looks genuine, exactly like the TV infomercial. It turns out they change the rules after you buy, saying 30-60 days, but probably less than 15. You cannot cancel your order. On Aug 1 I was told it was on a ship from China and should clear customs within 30 days. I am not holding my breath. Bought a swift in january 2006, the fit finish of the car needs a second look from maruti, the car rattled as i drove from the dealer M/s Mandovi Motors Mangalore to the temple for puja, and i lodged a complaint within 30 minutes of taking delivery about the body rattle. Rs 110 has been deducted from my Account without using it and without any prior information.when spoken with airtel customer care executive, Pinky Anand ( delhi,India) it has been mentioned to me that Rs 110 has been trasfered from my acount to an other account. the details of this tranjection is being refused to given to me. This is the umpteenth complaint I am filing over my DEAD phone bearing No.9180-23516373.It is obvious now that BSNL is no longer interested in landline connections and by not attending the complaints they force the cosumer to ask for disconnection. I will call this simply cheating. I bought a brand new Nokia 3561 from Nokia Priority around 15 days back. The day I bought it I realized that it is not working properly (hands free did not work). I made an error on line with a purchase of a scooter. I contacted the company immediately and was assured that things would be corrected. The company has a no return policy, but because the cancellation was made within seconds of the order, they made an exception....or claimed that they would. I was told to refuse shipment of the product, and after I did they billed me 50% of the cost of the scooter for shipping and restocking. I was clear that if there were any charges, I would try something else, but they asked for the product back, and still charged me over $100 for nothing!!!! read full review »

State Alarm

The Alarm company called me a week ago around 3am to say my alarm was going off. I had not even armed it in two days. I told them it was not armed. A few minutes later the police and fire trucks showed up at my door. The alarm company swears it was my fault, I was sleeping. Well it happened again today, and I received verification from my phone company that my alarm never sent a signal.
I asked for them to fix the problem and they have ignored me. This is not a good company. read full review »

My (+919970979909) Mobile office is DEFECTIVE from 18/08/2007. In these 8 days I can't use this service due to Company's upgradation & Problem in service of GPRS in Maharashtra.
Several Times I had called 121 Customer Care/ Customer Problematic Service. Calling to 121-414 (Technical Department), Everytime answer is within 4 Hours. I am one of the subscriber to the Dishnet cable service. The dishnet is installed and I paid six months advance payment. The cable is not functioning from 06/28/'07. From that day onwards I complained to toll free No.1 860 180 3474, 1 901 180 3474 . After repeated calls to them they gave me a local Tel.No.

My credit card company called me and wrote me about ONLINSUPLR8009309182-V charging me 49.95 but they gave the wrong expiration date. I had not made a purchase from that company. It is simply a case of false billing. FRAUD!
I have had had my credit card accound closed.
Get these people and put them out of business.
A long jail term sounds good.
Personally, I have something else in mind but jail time will do. :)

I went to this dealership to check on a part that I ordered a couple of weeks ago and upon entering the driveway I nearly got high centered on the approach. The drive is on the crest of a hill so you have to watch over the hill when making a left turn to the other lane to be sure you won't get clobbered by a car going the opposite way. I was not going fast, but I was looking at the other lane to see if I in fact needed to hurry, which it turns out I didn't. When calling to question unauthorized charges on my credit card, NOT only are they rude to you but one lady told me that they could not RETURN credit back my credit card. When asking to speak with a manager, the rude lady hung up on me. After trying for 5 times in one day to get these charges off my credit card and threatening to report them to the better business bureau, FINALLY a Mr. Carlo at x. 621 said the charges were taken off. After making lot of reminder on phone when I personally visited the dealer, I was shocked to note the discrepancies and malpractice there.
