On 4/9/2007 I purchased an Oster blender, (Model# 6629). I picked this manufacturer and model because of the $10.00 rebate. I completed the rebate form making sure it was comleted correctly and enclosed all the needed items including the UPS code and mailed it on 4/11/2007. I keep all of my receipts. I purchased a suit from The Limited and it sat in my closet in the garment bag for about 3 months. I decided I just did not like the material on this particular suit. I got my sony ericcssion w810i last November. Till now the phone was working properly, but now I cant make a call or send an SMS. This is really false advertising - especially on Sunday's! I've stood in a line of approx. 9 people and only 1 checker. When I asked about the "3's a crowd" policy, I was told that another checker didn't come on duty until 10:00 am. If you book for a cylinder they never delivery the same on the said date.Any how they will take at least 15 days. Even they are not picking up the phone at all. I purchase the Trutech TV/DVD at Target in December 2006. The DVD stop working in July and now on September 5, 2007, the TV does not work. Target refuse to take the TV back (with the receipt in hand and their 90 day policy had expired). The sale clerk was rude and offered no assistance as to how I would contact the manufacture. On 5th Sep 07 i went for lunch with 2 of my colleagues to Chandra's Restaurant in Somajiguda, Hydrebad. Service is poor, no parking area. I followed instructions in the Nokia 6126 manual to the letter. It wouldn't let me enter any PIN security code and when I made a 3rd attempt, it locked up and kept asking for a PUK code. Customer service said that I've lost all of my telephone numbers because the SIM card was now invalid ("fried" as she called it"). I have read many complaints on this product. The scam is exactly the same. I ordered some sample product, gave my credit card number for the shipping charge. A short time later my credit card was charged $149.95 and pills were sent to me that I did not order. I was able to speak to someone at Pure Energy Products and was told that I signed a contract. I DID NOT sign a contract. I was able to get my credit card company to reimburse the charges after I returned the product. I was just on the phone with URSI, trying to work out a payment plan that I can afford. No such luck...I can either pay almost an ungodly high amount a month for 6 months... I have experienced that the Corelle Dinnerware set purchased some 15 years ago to have a very explosive nature. Some of the dishes exploded just sitting in the cabinet, but the last experience almost maimed my wife. Their needs to be some sort of warning sent out about this product. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. I went to the Home Depot landscape store and the employees were very helpful helped me purchase the correct fertilizer. Do not buy any product from Balaji machine Works or BMW Coimbatore. We bought a Mantra Grinder in Feb 2005 and within 3 months the section that holds the lid broke into 2 pieces. The grinder is no longer usable as the lid cannot be closed. After tracking the service center for another 2 months they sent a guy to have a look. After this that was the end of the issue. The kept dodging my calls and when they sometimes received they would say that a request has been sent. I paid $14.95 to this company Intelius for a reverse phone number search. They claim to have the latest records, but the record they gave me was at least a couple years out of date. It had a woman's name (the phone number actually belonged to a man), and they showed it as a land line but it was actually a cell phone. I contacted the company but they wouldn't give me a refund.
