Petsmart Pet Hotel requires that pets be vaccinated for bordatella every 6 months when the vaccine clearly explains that it's viable for 12 months. I asked them why they were requireing me to over vaccinate my dog and their excuse was the vaccine didn't last 12months. If the vaccine says 12 months and all the other facilities will take my dog....then why are they refusing to board my dog unless he has this vaccine every 6 months. $$$$$???? a group of us went to newport pier to eat and have something to drink. i was shocked to see that the ladies restroom was so filth the toilet was filled to the brim with waist. i went and told the owner ( small asian man) that the ladies restroom was very very dirty. he just kept saying (thank you, thank you) he didn't even acknowledge my concern. he knows English he was talking to the customers. i thought that newport was a very upscale area, to allow this restaurant to operate this way is a shame. we will never come back read full review »

A huge rack fell off the wall just around 1 pm today shaking the floor and luckily not harming anyone. It could have killed someone. Customers in the store were not told anything. Employees because of nervouses I guess just laughed about it. It would have been better if people were told that everything was ok and that no one was hurt. This is NOT a complaint but HIGH PRAISE. I ordered shoes online and my weird feet are hard to fit, so I had to call their Customer Service and to my amazement, a human being answered. No computer. Receive late night calls from 948-576-0219. When we dial, get a message that calls are not accepted by this number: DO NOT DIAL THIS NUMBER. Well, they dialed ours. And from a quick Google search, it appears that a whole lot of people are getting hang-up calls from this number. Somebody said it was a FAX SPAMMER, but we don't hear any fax tone. I purchased Glidden paint on June 30, 2007 and saw that Home Depot was offering a rebate program for this purchase. Upon applying for a loan, I was advised by the financial institution that I had "derogatory results" on my credit reports.
