Last week I went to Aspen Dental in Auburn NY. I figured I would give them a try. They were offering free x-rays and an exam. After the X-rays and exam I was called in for a consultation. I was told I need two fillings, at the cost of $250. I was also told I had gingivitus, which kind of shocked me since I take pretty good care of my teeth. In all of my shopping experiences, I have never seen employees at your customer service desk and probably your manager behave with poor judgement and service. I came in for an item in your circular of 2/17. There was no inventory on Monday and none on the loading platform. I asked for a rain chec. Morganthal, Sterns and Meyes received monies they were hired to collect and did not disclose to us they had the funds until January 2008. We were told by the attorney on the case that the funds were sent to Morganthal, etal in October 2007. When discovered they said they would send the money right away. The funds did not come. Ordered the Matlock DVD collection on line with my charge card in December. It appeared on my charge card in January and on January 9th they emailed that the series was backordered and if I wanted my money back I could call their customer service line which I did. I told them I would wait a little longer and since then the phone number is unavailable and I haven't received the Matlock DVD collection to date. Would appreciate any input as to how to proceed. I recently had a client in Chicago complaining of the internet dropping, knowing that AT&T would try to push this off as a internal issue, I ran virus & spyware scans. I updated all MS progs and updated the firmware on my firewall. After 2 weeeks of contacting AT&T support they finnaly admited to a problem w/ the line or their router. I arrived early (8:30 am) for an appointment about the possibility of trading in my new Ford for a used car for a LOWER car payment. The car was picked out by about 8:50 am. The worst business online I've ever dealt with. I ordered a Christmas present through them and it arrived over a month past when I ordered when the web said it would take 5-7 days. Placed a carry out order over the phone. I arrived in the time frame they suggested the wait would be. I waited 14 minutes (I checked my cell phone time when I walked in to make sure I wasn't early/late, and then again when the manger cashed me out) at the counter for the manager to get off the phone as managers are the only one's who can cash out customers according to her. So I asked to be refund that money and he said that it would be back in to my account by friday. I bought a 3 Boxed DVD Complete series set from the DVDCraze.com company that insists it has state of the art TV series on DVD.
