I called their 800 # and was given a confirmation # on a credit of $99 that they are giving me supposedly in 5-10 business days. I am afraid that I will not get the credit. I am very disappointed in this company. I have been charged over and over and as a result I have been overdrawn and have incurred many dollars in over draft charges. I booked a Swift Lxi Model in October, 2007 with Moden Automobiles, Chandigarh. I was advised that the wait period of this model is 4-6 weeks. On number of instances, I inquired from Dealer. Each time ,I was told that the requisite model has not been dispatched by the company from their Gurgaon Factory. I bought an used 1995 Honda Civic from them about 10 years ago. SCAM! Same thing happened to me - but they had taken 2 monthly charges of $39.95 from my bank account before I had gotten around to going over my bank statements to discover it!
