The office did in fact see me for an emergency with an abscessed tooth prescibing an antibiotic with a followup visit to extract the tooth. The intermediate laision individual contacted me the day before the extraction, to state we need clearance from your MD due to the aspirin you take from the initial patient information sheet from last fall. I do not take aspirin now - Only for the time from a broken foot. In the meantime, I have run out of the meds - I called this laision with no return call. I have had my 2001 SL in and out of there for nearly a year for the same problem. I have given them well over $600.00 so far, in several different trips, to fix the same issue. An honest shop gave me the bad news that the main computer brain needs to be replaced, and only Saturn dealerships are allowed to make this repair. The 360 sharepro slow down my computer to nothing or locks it up. It doesn't let me close the program and when it does, it takes for ever to close. I have an LG Dryer model # DLG5932S. We continue to have an issue with the dryer not drying clothes thoroughly. This results in constantly running the dryer for hours. I just discovered a $19.99 charge on my debit card to these people. I have absolutely NO recall of EVER contacting them for anything for I don't even know what they do. I have yet to discover a contact number for them, but plan on taking action against them and try to recoup the fee that they have fraudulently extracted from my bank account. I was trying to find Adobe Acrobat Reader and the search led me to this site. They were asking $13 and change to download the program. After I did the credit card info and downloaded the product, I found that I had downloaded some product that I have no knowledge of and do not know how to work, if it works at all. Optical department provided a quote for standard optical exam and glasses. The optical office operations charged the total amount at time of service not discounting the expected insurance reimbursement. JC Penney's then filed the claim. The insurance company then reimbursed PC Penney’s and not me, the customer. Therefore JC Penney's was paid twice. However, PC Penney's refuses neither to refund the payment to me nor to send back to the insurance company. I purchased a 2005 Ford Escape from Kanata Ford not even two weeks ago. They have had the car for repairs 5 days already.
