My co-worker went in to get coffee from our local dunkins. The girl filling the order is kinda new, I myself have seen her a few times before. Well she over flowed the cup and the coffee was dripping down the side . Instead of whipping it off with a napkin SHE LICKED IT OFF FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP TO THE TOP. I recently ordered food at this particular location, and the worker that serviced me did not have any type of professional or customer service skills. I felt like no employees cared for customers like me. There seems to be a great deal of personal attitudes by the employees and mostly the managers. My wife and I made a "call ahead" to Cheeburger Cheeburger at around 6:00pm. I first asked if they accept "call aheads" and they stated that they do. When we arrived, our name was not on the list and I was told that they don't even know what a "call ahead" is! Then the host walked away and didn't ask for our names. We had a major issue with a card that was applied for last year and never received. The only bill or mailing that I ever received was one year later when a bill was sent for an annual fee. This bill was for a card that I had never received. I called and they refused to take the charge off even though the card had never been used. I asked if I would still receive my 20, 000 points and free night if I paid the fee, she did say that a credit would be issued for the free night with marriott rewards. I should have checked this business out prior to switching my provider. My visit was an emergency with an abscessed tooth. Yes it was treated and an appt. made to extract the tooth. Suddenly the appt. was canceled by them due to the fact I noted on my initial application last fall I was taking aspirin for a foot I had broken. Like a fool I accepted this card. I paid my payments until I got sick in February of 2008 and contacted them. I explained to these people that I was disabled and with their protection policies it should cover the charges. They charged me outrageous fees for late fees and for anytime I used the card. Also they charge a monthly fee of $10.95 regardless if you use it or not. I tried to cancel the card and told them I would pay them when I was able to return to work and they do care.
