We signed a contract to build our pool in October and should be finished in six weeks. Well it was March 15 months later and we finally had to pay other contractors to finish our pool. Was working with WMC Mortgage Corp. on a short sale. Last friday spoke, faxed information to them. No customer service person told us anything. Monday called to check on status of the short sale, phones disconnected, fax disconnected and web site gone! Who is SST Columbus Bank and Trust. They are reporting VERY negatively on my credit report but when I contact them (which is very hard to talk with someone) they can never provide the information I am requesting. When you do get to talk to someone they are very rude. When they bought my account from Providian (which I did not know happened) I had a balance of $380.00 and Providian was taking automatic payments from my checking account. Had the oil changed in my 2006 jeep while in on a recall at Neuwirth Chyrsler Jeep, they charged me $31 no biggie I figured while it was there it would save me some time. This weekend it had been 3000 miles and I had the day off so I went to change it myself, the filter was covered in dirt and looked like it had been on there for a year, drained the oil look terrible. Did the usual researching on the Internet to find the best return on used BlackBerry's. I sent in over 12 of them and all were in use before they were sent in. The BlackBerry's had all been used about one year, naturally there is going to be some wear and a couple scratches. I purchased a 2000 Saab 9-3 from Ray and Eric on 3/8/2008, I didn't drive it until 3/10/2008 due to the dealership not having and inspection sticker on the car. These "add ons" include: changing the labor rate, adding an additional $150 for the first man hour onsite, additional billing for travel time to procure supplies and materials purchased (when they were provided), travel time for two workers at $75/hour to and from a warehouse that doesn't exist! A lady from our job was passing around a book for her daycare full of items. Many of the staff members order several things from this book including myself in January, well needless to say we have yet to receive the items and yet all are money has been taken and deposited.
