On March 3, 2008 $59.90 was removed from my Emerald Mastercard in what was a totally unauthorized transaction. The company has refused to return my money to me. I have filed reports with the Utah Department of Commerce, BBB and Attorney General. I have also filed complaints with the U.S. Attorney General and the FBI. February 28, 2008, I had a repair done to my refrigerator through Old Republics contractors. it is now March 26, 2008 and my unit is still broken. I have had the blower fan and the main circuit boards replaced TWICE, and still, my temp is 59 degrees. This company appears to unwilling to honor REPLACEMENT which they sell policies by. I rented a car from Econo Car Jersey City Summit Avenue branch. They told me that if the vehicle was driven to VA state, they would limit the mileage by 1000. I told them I didn't want any mileage or state restrictions. So I paid $10 more per day. The total amount was $ 339.95. (approximately $394 including tax). When I returned the car, they charged me an extra $897 because of the mileage. I bought phone card for $10.00 online htt://www.concom.com. Card name "USA Saver" and I was told I had a 1400 minutes to call Zimbabwe. Once I dialed the # I was told 49mins. My local toyota dealer in NJ is offering a free $500 gas coupon if you test drive a new car. Besides the bullying to get you to buy a car, they will practically throw the coupon in your face once you test drive a car but don't buy one. The rebate program is "almost" a scam. You are required to buy $100 in gas every month, mail in the receipts, and then you receive a $25 gas card that month. That means you need to be using $125 in gas per month. E-Z Movers lo-balled me on the estimate, and then when they came to make the move they said it would be up to $1000 more for packing materials. The first time i used the company-it was a nightmare. It took over 3 weeks to get the repairs completed. Finally they paid what they were suppose to. On March 21, 2008 I took my car to the Ford Dealer Service Department, figured would move a little faster. I received a call from the Ford Dealer that the Company is in receivership. I went in to Rain Fitness at the beginning of last month to cancel my gym membership. Per the contract, you must give 30 days notice, which I did. However, they are refusing to cancel my account even though I've met all terms and conditions. As well, the owner Glenn and his staff have been incredibly rude and border line abusive at times when discussing this issue.
