I found a website www.idcardinternational.com, they asked for cash or international money order, so I was not sure about ordering. but the price was so reasonable I had to see for myself. This is a very bad complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank (Car Loan), I had taken a car loan from this bank on 2005. They don't show you a break down of you treatment and if you request one, you'll find charges like "materials" $3, 000.
